What is the sales price of the cottage? Square footage, rooms, etc.
Hi Susan,
The asking price is $265k but the home is under contract already.
The home has 1022 sf with two bedrooms, one full bath, and one half bath.
There is a small built-in storage shed in the back of the home and also a pull down attic area for storage.
